I appreciate your prediction Cool. However, I think there should be a caveat. The news of a finished prototype will only move the share price higher if it is coupled with detailed (and positive) specs.

I share your enthusiasm Cool, and believe we will see detailed positive specs with the completed modulator PR. My belief is based on Tom's comment in the last PR stating, "As soon as we have comparative test results and data in hand, will we report them to the market."
