OK that is another opinion as there is no proof to the statement.

There is no proof Dwyer/BCAP have anything to do with TGGI other then a debt holder and debt holders just want to get paid and move on to the next deal.

So there is a connection to Clarke at TGGI not WOGI anymore.

I hardly call a deal with operation and almost a mill in revenue a scam...but that is JMHO
