Come on Stargazer, don't get on this forum and pretend you are buying this POS. It is OK to tout and pump the stock if that is your job, but do it and then get on to another stock.

This one is dead. 1 million shares to 1 in 9 months, that is the effect of the 2 RS if you owned 1,000,000 shares in March of 2014. This company only prints shares. their patents are worthless because if you cannot monetize a patent, and they cannot given their reported revenues, then in fact that patents are worthless.

the combination of bad products, almost no revenue, dilution at warp speed, almost$40 million in cumulative losses, +$11 million in preferred debt, 3 shareholders with limited stock who have 80% voting power, and a CEO who has made too many false statements to ever believe again.

I chuckle when Trackwizzard touts the stock, but he has been doing that for a long time and he is one of the victims of the 1,000,000 to 1 RS and dilution. Anyone who just looks at the P&L, cashflow, corporate governance and history will know that this is a POS.
