Hmm! It looks like MNTA intends to fight this some more. They want to keep their lawyers employed a lot longer.

Maybe it is time to sell MNTA? What is the point of contesting this if a decision won't be rendered for quite a while (what is "within a year"?).

Their lawyers have not won anything in over 3 years. Why waste more money on this?
