One of my favorite sayings from 2012 still holds true today and I've mentioned this several times to the company:

Transparency nullifies skepticism.

When people see open answers to questions they have along with a company moving in the right direction honestly and determinedly, they will support it. Win-win all the way for all sides.

Communication is key and keeps people from wondering the worst because they see documented progress.
