GOFF will be delisted very soon IMO, Ignoring the regulating authorities can only last so long and never ends well for share(bag)holders.

!) GOFF's business registration was REVOKED as of 7/31/13
2) GOFF's registered agent has resigned (agent responsible for all stock accounting and transfers)
