I hope they receive a contract from the government now that the new Congress has been seated and a budget is in place for Fiscal Year 2015. CYBL management really needs to address the toxic debt in the form of convertible shares that is suffocating this stock; once that happens, this will move up.

Volume slowly picking up. Maybe some government order news coming? glta CYBL
