I was once a pie-eyed little lamb here, revelling in Huff's "vision" of a new paradigm in communication. That vision was bold and forward-looking! It was also a lie as it turns out.
Today, ten years later, there are garage-based entrepreneurs, literally based in their garages, making huge inroads in LTA's, seemingly overnight and on miniscule budgets.
And here we sit. Our, maybe, one big shot at something tangible for WSGI sits somewhere, maybe, with a torn envelope, maybe... Since we haven't actually SEEN it, I guess it's still highly classified. Yeah, sure!
To the pie-eyed who remain pie-eyed I offer this and while I loathe the source, his quote is apt, "As you are, I was. As I am, you will be."
