I don't why - this company is not building its own technology or capable of doing so, it no-longer owns any IP, currently has no customers base, has not able able to demonstrate the ability of retaining a sustainable customer base in any market be it Telecommuncations or Money Transfer. I suspect it has no revenues either since the failure of iWorld Services as described in the Shareholder Update of 7th Jan "we suspended the telecom operations in this unit in the summer" and the liquidation of its Irish subsidiary Axiologix Ltd last year where it lost all revenues associated with these assets - see http://www.insolvencyjournal.ie/ij_news_more_details/petition-to-wind-up-axiologix-limited
