Let's assume for the purpose of discussion that the judge rules that ACTV infringed on one to five patents. Now the judge says "Why didn't you take the license when offered to you." OK then, we will apply the percentage from the license agreement to all the revenues derived from those infringed patents. In my opinion, that could be a lot of money.
