Ice...I believe UBRG fully intended for Metwood to buy into GEG. I think they were wary from the start because of Ali's reputation. Remember we found out about them by mistake. I believe UBRG was going to use Metwood to hide RAINCO.

What we have here...is a failure to communicate!
