No, they can't. The 0.00 sell price would make me think that someone went to their broker and asked to have a "worthless securities liquidation" performed on their shares. If that's what transpired, I would question why the seller didn't wait until the end of this year (2015) to perform that transaction. There's always the chance that the stock could move and those shares sold during that movement.
