The exact difference is that one is considered a straight over the counter stock, whereas BTEBY is an ADR.

From my understanding, an ADR sponsored stock makes it easier for people whose investment firms don't invest in straight over the counter stocks. By having it sponsored, more companies provide the ability to invest in the company.

But yes, they are all stock in the same company.
