I am a long time investor since 1980's and used to believe in justice, integrity, etc with securities markets because of "licensing requirements"; but after being involved in a VC consultancy & DD endeavor some years ago, and dealing to many in USA & global banking world for 6 years, realized that today especially, with total electronic trading and no more open outcry, the manipulation and deception and fraud is worse than ever and hidden behind so much loophole deals made by big hands who control said securities markets; generally abusing all retail investors whether you have $$ in IRA's to 401K's to simple private portfolios of securities like I and others have and manage.
