I saw that a new "CEO", International Man of Mystery, CV-less and biographical detail-devoid "Eric Brown", had been parachuted in as the new CEO, but I wasn't aware there had been a "change of control".

If the Canadian organized crime gang behind WDRP really have sold their interest to a new "management" where would I read about that, and who are they?

The only name I see is "Eric Brown" and as best as I can gauge he doesn't exist (even if I 'phoned him, someone could reply pretending to be him - that's another standard MO for penny stock scams like WDRP).
