Their position would be even MORE sympathetic if they had an actual waste heat system. Water is probably the ideal working fluid for a stand alone steam plant but given the low quality of most heat it is a non-starter. Their whole system is designed around water and, even if it WERE function well, still wouldn't do the job. This whole application screams for a small turbine, the higher molecular weight fluid would make it relatively efficient and more practical.
