Speculation is useless at this point in time. If Bud does file for bankruptcy it will be know. If there's no word about it then he hasn't. This has always been a stock that one had to have a long term outlook with. I've been with it for nearly 5 years now and still own well north of 100M shares. At some point in time it MAY become profitable and worth more than it is now (or it ma not); only time will tell.
