Shareholder Update

I am announcing today that we have updated our website with several new features. First is a Twitter™ feed that I will use to announce future information regarding the company on the web site.
Also, we have added a page for comments from me which will in fact be Press Releases as well as a page of FAQ’s which will be used to report various aspects of the technology to the market.
During this past year we acquired technology from a private held company building various forms of housing units in Panama. I have had several photos of a current project placed on the website for your perusal. This is a two story, four unit living structure with an attached two car garage. There are several things that are significant about these photos.
- From the cured slab to the last photo (#4), required two weeks of construction time – during which a number of construction days were lost to rain;
- None of the construction workers had any previous experience building with the technology; and
- From the beginning of the plant build-out thru construction of the four plex to obtaining a very significant order for single family housing took less than nine months.
This clearly indicates the market’s acceptance of the technology. It also demonstrates one of benefits of the technology to the market which is the speed of construction. As this project is finished I will update the website with additional photos.
Further, I am in discussions with a number of potential investors regarding obtaining the necessary funding to begin manufacturing in the U.S. It is not anticipated that there will be any change in the corporate share structure required in obtaining said funding.
