There is little chance any of CGFI's disclosure was ever run by a knowledgeable mining attorney. One assumes they would understand what NI 43-101 means and that the use of the term by a US company is always fraudulent. Which the SEC, in the end, told CGFI which is why they were forced to retract the claim.
