VNDM is here, came down from 0.05 to 0.038 now

I bet he's going to sell some of the shares given to the creditor to settle the debt. He cannot have more than 3.2M shares if the current O/S actually 32M

Let's consolidate, he will help us, and then let it rip past the 200MA to reduce the impact (required dilution) of debt obligation (measured in shares).

It doesn't look like it now, but if you were planning to invest long-term here, he is your friend.
