I dont think they will be able to raise rates at all without destroying the economy. Next big crisis if we are not already in beginning of it will be the dollar collapse due to effects of quantitative easing and other easy money policies. Its funny how dollar has been going up while it should have been going down due to dilution. Its pretty sad that the dollar is worlds safe haven....it tells us how grave the state of the world economy really is. No wonder oil has crashed.
