Somebody is yanking MSGI's share price chain

It seems whenever someone buys a lot of shares someone else destroys
the price by doing a very low value trade.

Maybe two different people - one going long, one on the short side who
wants to make the stock look bad.

Or

The same person trying to cover all their shorts because they know
something good is going to happen and they need to cover.

Or

The same person accumulating and shaking the tree to make people
sell at these ridiculously low prices.

Or

Anybody have any thoughts on what is happening? Or has anyone
heard anything?
