Now, according to Zack's...

In their usual "reimbursed" analysis:

you get what you pay for

...that:

"On the earnings call management noted that they expect to have several announcements in the coming weeks related to a GSA agreement as well as details related to the previously proposed pivotal clinical study."

He also says:

"On the Q3 2014 call, management noted that they expect to make an announcement regarding this in the coming weeks (i.e. before the end of 2014)."

Well, of course, CTTC hasn't said ANYTHING about either a "pivotal clinical study" OR a "GSA agreement" since then. If nothing else, you'd think Conrad (aka "Bullteat") would issue a PR updating investors concerned over whether he was blowing "hot air" during the conference call. As a former "PR" man himself, you'd think issuing PRs would be a snap for him, wouldn't you?
