The jack and shaun show owe shareholders and a Nevada judge an answer by tomorrow on why it takes 4 years to hold a shareholder meeting that is required by law to be held once a year.

It looks like the jack and shaun show are out of money to obstruct the shareholder's will as it is obvious that the jack has been authoring the recent legal filings and 8Ks.

Only the jack's math can be so fundamentally lame, 500 million shares plus 500 million shares equals either 3 million shares or 3 billion shares.
