-M (whole group event rate) found at BSSR (around Dec 2013-Feb 2014) of over 18 months.
-I think 50 were enrolled in the randomized psPD arm before May 2014, and that that arm is closed, and 348 will be enrolled in the main cohort by Q1 2016.
-If placebo median PFS is 9 months (12 from surgery) DCVax group is over 24 months median PFS.
-If placebo median PFS is 12 months (15 from surgery) DCVax group is over 19 months median PFS.
-No thoughts on OS--unclear how crossover would affect it.
-Still see 1st interim trigger of 149 events around summer 2015 and second of 199 around Q1 2016. Give or take a Q for each.
-I still think you should weigh all opinions appropriately, and only blame yourself for your own successes or failures (I'm saying that generally to all), even for giving management's declarations too little or too much weight.
