Patience, investors. Enjoy the dividend ride and build and hold a position for the climb out. Train #1 should start to come on line in Q4/15. Results will begin to impact financials in 2016. That's when things will start to get interesting.

Trader hysteria will likely kick in when LNG exports commence and the talking heads on CNBC go nuts with coverage, likely inciting a bubble. For most investors this invites tax planning strategy to accumulate early to facilitate a long term cap gains saving vs. ordinary tax rates.

I will be watching for Souki to break apart Corpus Christi from LNH, as he did with Cheniere Pass and CQP. That will be the next play for the adventurous energy investor, along with Dominion though it is not a pre play like Cheniere.
