Aaron was able to change their names right before their papers went "inactive."

BG Medical Technologies(the "company" that Aaron received the 4M preferred and 200M common of RIGH) was created the same day Randy announced the "huge news" which was 12/5/2011.

BudGenius.com isn't a legally formed company.

RightSmile was incorporated in Texas in Feb. 2001. The company was re-domiciled in the state of Wyoming on Sept. 20, 2013.

RightSmile was never in Texas, it was renamed RightSmile after the Texas company had moved to Nevada and it seems "somebody" forgot about Nevada being in there in Note 1.

Note 2 proves "Note 1" to be false and it also proves your "DD" to be false as it states that the BG companies in Florida that you're trying to use by saying they were created in 2009 were all RightSmile shells when they were created and were "renamed" in 2012. If I remember right they were all either created by Randy or Matt's brother Joseph during the teeth whitening scam.
