IMO filing complaints is the wrong way to go.


Our ONLY hope is that by some miracle this company becomes successful and pps rebound to pre RS levels with time. Unlikely to happen, but that's the only hope. Probably a 0.1 % chance the RS will be rescinded but I guess one can pray.


The other option..complain to SEC and FINRA and anybody else who will listen and Turbine is somehow removed from GLGT. You know what you have then? A worthless shell.



What I will never understand is why they did the RS in the first place. They had tremendous liquidity and a decent market cap. And now they have no liquidity and no investor will touch this after they dilute again. You know what they created? Another Occidental Development Group…that sucker had zero volume and no interest. Why they ruined a good thing we'll never know, but probably pure stupidity and/or greed. This merger goes through with good PRs and the pps would have went north of 1 cent easily…probably to .05 or .06. The insiders in Turbine could have sold stock on the open market fairly easily.
