Challe, I like the fact that they are becoming more transparent and communicating more often. After all they technically did not have to tell us any thing unless they had a major event or earnings which is months away. It is apparent they are supporting the stock here until they can take concrete steps such as complete the listing, do a spin off etc. I agree I would have liked quarterly dividends but they did show some good faith by giving us a 10% return of the delay in payment. I imagine that goes back to the original payment date. Also I would like to see buybacks, not sure why they are not considering this but there must be some technical reason why, otherwise it is slam dunk to do. Possibly they can not tell us and it has to do with the up listing... who knows?
