I asked how you know that you are not being lied to now and that the original story about data falsification wasn't true.

That's possible just extremely unlikely. As I stated, if your theory is wrong it should be fairly easy to disprove if the names I was provided don't even exist as real people associated with NNVC.

I prefer to play the "what is the beyond a reasonable doubt" game, which confessions tend to be, rather than the "well, sure his DNA is unique to one out of 80 billion people, but how do you know that they don't coincidentally match" game.

There was a ton of detail involving his confession. It's one thing when a person says "I did it," and it's another matter when he gives dates, times, names, and plenty of other detail. I told you the key phrase "wholly fabricated story" but it came plenty much more.

I asked for your basis for the phrase "communicated to who knows how many third parties then found its way public"

"Who knows" is a phrase that also means "I don't know." What is my basis for saying "I don't know" ?????? My basis is -- I have know that I don't know.

was known to you and you only

The nature of a rumor is that it was spread around. Whether I was used to spread an illegal knowingly false rumor or not is as irrelevant as somebody making a false accusation loaded up on youtube and passed to "only one" person who then made it go viral.

As for price/date, it looks like I used Nov. 10 but at this point I don't remember. Either way the stock didn't drop like a stone immediately after the $50 million shelf offering but rather weeks later.

I don't care about the legal issues at this point

I do. I'll add additional info to my posts as I see fit. Some people obsess over boxes and dates checked on SEC filings that I don't care about. I obsess over legal analysis. I enjoy it, and I am quite good at it.
