Don't be surprised if they broke even or lost a little the first time out. I'm not saying that is the case but on average it takes 3-5 years to turn an event profitable. The fact they don't have the expense of renting out a convention center and hiring a large staff+security+emt puts it outside of the norm, but a small loss wouldn't be so bad.
