we have waited for several months , and management/BOD, has indicated they would be more transparent regarding their activities and their goals. they seem to talk about listening to this board comments ,however, so far it is lip service. we need a commitment from the BOD , that we are count and respond to our suggestions in a form of action. they listen to all their employees in their meeting so they say, and we in the investment community have many years of experience of what is needed for a new company to get recognition in their respective industry, therefore, it is incumbent for them to act on our suggestions and tell us how they plan to implement them. IMHO
