No uplist in the near future. They do not qualify. The CEO has stated unequivocally that he will not do a share consolidation and the stock would have to trade at or above $3/share for 90 consecutive trading sessions. I also suspect his recent experience with the sharks on Wall Street did not make him eager to go through that again.
