Have to reply since your asking, there are two reasons for this. One the company was diluting and the other is profit taking. Pump and dump means you overly promote and then sell. That can be the case in both a legitimate company being positive about the future and needing to raise money. Or it can be a scam with no good intentions to build anything. Tcel does very few PRs much less pumps. Look at the charts in the last few weeks higher highs and not lower lows. TCEL is know longer dumping in my opinion.
