Well said Serenity! At least 2 round 1 shareholders have provided proof positive shady behind the scenes emails sent to them by WNBD's CEO prior to last years reverse split...chock full of all sorts of complete and utter hogwash on how his only supposed concern was shareholder value and if he did reverse split it was only going to be for the noble cause of regaining SEC registration and uplisting so he could supposedly start receiving friendlier funding blah blah blah!

When in reality only 4 months later he completely crucified his round 1 loyals with a massive 500 to 1 reverse split while simultaneously blatantly deceiving them by foolishly announcing his reverse split was supposedly being done in conjunction with an uplisting to the OTCQB! Then only 2 months later he began pitching shareholders behind the scenes on funding his round 2 fun...closely followed by him going to vendor debt court and agreeing to a debt judgement against WNBD of over $3M via a 3a10 which is the furthest thing from uplisting and bringing in friendly funding as a pos-land company can get!

And it's beyond amusing how a select few will only talk about WNBD's poorly performing products and won't talk about the CEO's illustrious track record of broken promises and blatant deception over the past several years. Especially in light of the revelations that the CEO's on record as soliciting at least 1 round 1 loyal for funding after the reverse split via selective disclosure tactics by email.

Hilarious how all these pos-land tables come full circle when time not only catches up to all the actions/statements/results of their CEO's...but how the over-whelming majority of the time the picture they painted about how supposedly noble, caring and transparent they were ends up being on a completely opposite end of the spectrum!

That's when it becomes real easy to see everyones true character from the CEO on down to his remaining poster children agreed ;)
