Do you know lawsuits tie up shells don't you? I'm starting to wonder about the specific reasons were for issuing PR's this last 18 months and not executing what they said they were going to do. Worse IMO after people acquired shares getting sucked into this- nothing gets executed- then a massive 1-40 gets dumped on our heads. Not a peep of a PR from the company either. IMO explanations are in order to shareholders. I'm not saying they have done anything wrong here- but IMO I do think some questions need to be answered here. I don't trust anyone on a message board to be the conduit that everything is alright either...when as time goes by it's clearly looking that it's not. But that boiler plate language sure as hell protects them or so they think.

Pissed off- you have no idea what's going through my head lately. Here we are coming into 2015 and where is the CEO with funding and audited financials?
