Yes. There is nothing wrong with a negative opinion, labeled as such, or even having information wrong -- but it's an entire new ballgame to accuse a company of fraud with a knowingly false "wholly fabricated" story.

You and I would never do something so stupid and unethical. If you're going to accuse a company of fraud, back it up. Hell, if you're going to lie and "wholly fabricate" a story of fraud, geez, at least have an IQ higher than a banana to not confess to it. It's like robbing a bank without a mask, using your iphone to record the whole thing, then posting the whole thing on YouTube with the caption "I'm the dude that robbed the bank!"

Hell I may be tempted to go long NNVC due to the lucrative opportunity that awaits it which I have well documented in under an hour.

I mean, seriously, how stupid can somebody be to "wholly fabricate" a story of fraud against a security then distribute their own confession? I can't even make up (or "fabricate") or story of more blatant stupidity.
