I believe more dilution has occurred under Estrella than under any previous CEO of this company. Just to be considered a "below average" CEO, he'd have to get the share price back to the level at the time he took over as CEO ($0.10-$0.12). Right now, with the share price at .0014, he is the worst CEO this company has ever had -- bar none.
If the standard by which we judge our CEOs is to save the company from bankruptcy, all current and former CEOs would be considered highly successful. LOL.
