I see you deleted your message to Nokiashill. I figured you

had a lot to say but thought better of it. How many companies

have licensed with IDCC and not a one of them had a press

release stating we are doing business with a troll. How many

companies have done joint ventures with IDCC and not a one

said we are proud to announce we are doing research with a

troll.

Kind of funny when you look back on it NOKIA not only paid

IDCC in the past, but also did a joint venture with them. Now

why would you do a joint venture with a troll and uncrupulus

company. Seems to me if IDCC was a troll you would never

do a joint venture and assist them in enhancing their roll

as a troll. In other words Nokia's own actions disputes

their proclaiming IDCC is a troll.


Now when certain post appear out of the blue, it normally

means they are running scared. I assume Monday may be a day

infamous for the shorts and call writers. I remember in Christmas

1999 I had e mailed Howard Goldberg what a nice Christmas this

has been. He e mailed me back and said next year should be even

better and he normally didn't e mail shareholders but he was

making a exception and for me to inform all things were going

to be better. I didn't sell but never held any animosity to

Howard for his mail to me as I believe he thought things was

going to be better and higher prices was in store. He never

dreamed we were not dealing with ethical companies and the

trouble IDCC would have getting them to pay. My gut keeps

saying we will see a 1999 run this year. Can I be wrong, of

course I can, but my gut keeps saying this year will be a

repeat of 1999. Here's hoping.
