Nothing is off. STTK is a pinkie and governed by the 10% rule. Using the 5% rule is a matter of choice. My investments are always under 5% and done in the name of an LLC or Trust.

Now I think this subject is closed unless we want to have a talk with admin. This board is not to be used to discuss a persons personal investments or information Until they appear in a filing.
