I recall her addressing that and the answer was, No. The slow build-up won't be necessary in PhII. I'd have to listen again to swear to it, but I'm pretty sure that's what she said.
It would be really helpful for me, at least, to have a spreadsheet or calendar with trial benchmarks indicated. Being in other biopharmas along with NW, I have a hard time keeping trial timelines straight. I forget names and where I parked, too, though. So maybe it's just me;)
