Chris Tesarski will not "right" anything... He's been lying to investors all along as well and could very well see SEC charges too. Hell he can't even keep his Texas Sands operating company complaint... Let alone the Treaty scam. Where's all those 8-K's and production reports??? The 10-K???
Investors will never see a 10-K now as it would incriminate the whole lot of'em... Tesarski failed to mention that in the "more fulsome" update. Just more misleading bullshit.
