If you remember(how could we forget) facttwister and others decried 20% to market discount out of the gate. es1 shows Tmobile did worse(25%) for millions of shares. That legitimizes KBLB's lower requirements for shares and financing, OR delegitimizes both. If you can only SAY it isn't legit, then you accept the burden of explaining why. Calling it a fact, for no reason is baseless. There is no such thing as a baseless fact. It is opinion and a weightless opinion at that. Go figure.

If you get money for shares, THAT is a fact. Mojo has to delegitimize the SEC or grant himself a metric ton of wiggle room.
