Paul you raise a very interesting point when you remind us that more than 120 SUNRISE sites have been open more than 4 months and the initial 25 US sites have been open for more than 7 months.

Conservatively, those 25 US sites may have enrolled 50-75 patients. Again conservatively, the other 100 sites may have enrolled 100-150 patients. In total the 120+ sites may have enrolled at least 150-225 patients.

The phase II trial had only 120 patients in three arms of 40 patients. Six months from now some of the earliest patients will have been in the SUNRISE trial for over 13 months(some for 16-17 months)....and all of the patients from these 120 centres which have been in the trial for 4 months today...will all have been in the trial for 7+ months next June.

We don't know if the number of events for the first look-in is 120 or 150 or 200(or?)...so we will all have to continue to wait to see what happens...but next year is going to be fun. And the Bavi/Yervoy phase I trial has been going for 8 months, so we should get some interim results in the coming quarters as it is open label. And Dr. Stopeck's breast cancer study will be published, but only the editor knows when! I look forward to the New Year!
