"We do not know" due the terms of the agreement between the supplier and JV002?
If it wasn't so sad, it would be comical.
Maybe I am over analyzing this, but why does it always seem to be someone else's fault that we never achieve dramatic results.
JUST MY FRICKEN OPINION, but maybe we shouldn't enter into new directions where we have no control over our destiny?
