TIMING

After this last R/S We could have some traction. The money that is on the sidelines could come in. Before news is released there could be a serious run. I have been around this company for 4 years. The positives are that the company is diligent in News Releases. They are proud of their technology. There is commitment. The negatives share dilution starts and never stops until it hits .0001. Perhaps the US government might start committing to the PBIS in a profound way. We will have to see. TIMING IS EVERYTHING.
