not really odd at all...there are bottom feeders everywhere...whats odd is not realizing there may be something wrong with a realtor willing to list a doghouse..instead, its seen as a good thing?...lol

if you want to pay $40k a month to sell $200k of shares, you can easily find someone to do that...its easy money..
you don't need to do it that way...you could save yourself the $40k a month...but what the hell...its shareholders money and means nothing to you at all..
just make the deal, throw around words like "underwriters" and let unsophisticated investors defend it for you...while you sit around saying nothing for 6 month periods...
