What a con. This company never seported Ocat in a buy etc. This is a paid for downgrade. To make a last ditch effort to short and buy back low....

All 32 million shares have been diluted.The price reflects the 32 million shares the only down pressure is from this un called for downgrade to a hold.The co is debt free set to up list any time any day with in the next 15 days. Hold and buy buy buy. If it drops buy the dog hair off of it.
