there's also a possibility of a dental office spin-out imo. that asset may have a fit in DA's gameplan, but if not, then it gets spun out to stand-alone, and with it might go a corresponding block of UDHI shares that represent the dental office asset's current value. in that scenario, we may actually see the OS shrink as DA gets dealt into the deal. we'll see. i am an enthusiastic buyer of dips.
