Hi, BuddyWhazhisname.

"All seems infected that th' infected spy,
As all looks yellow to the jaundiced eye."
- Alexander Pope

Cyclone Power Technologies (OTC PINK: CYPW) will file with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2014

Given they're required by law to do so, no surprise there. (Unless they fold first.)

There is toothpaste and denture soaks that are supposed to get the yellow out. Should be something for eyesight but it does not appear there is.

What you have just written is technically true but still false.

FASC has not filed a required report with the SEC for about 2 years. Through the grapevine they report fast-rising sales and promise of a bounteous future that all would love to have. FASC also lets it be known through the mystical ether that their lawyers have advised FASC they must not tell the shareholders of anything through legal means or the Keystone Kops at the SEC will beat them to death as they have done to so many others.

That is a rather egregious example but seems the lawyers are very wise - whether they exist or not.

Much more direct in a long ago past under its old alias, INSY informed shareholders it was going dark and did exactly until recent times it moved to a new town, changed its name and became a virgin again so it could do an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

BTW this is one "marijuana stock" that is doing very well indeed though it sells only a very tiny amount of a synthetic cannabinoid that is not maryjane with the happy juice but no need to tell the drug warriors. They must think the paper used for The Constitution and The Declaration of Independence was only good for getting high.

If you think there is a single word of lying, feel free to investigate. Shouldn't take more than 10 minutes on iHub to find that I am telling you the exact truth.

Now about CYPW.

MO is that there is only the slimmest of hopes that it will survive and thrive. I suggest that chance may not be zero but I think they really should get back to solid biomass. The conversion to liquid biofuels is expensive and unnecessary. Biomass "flour" can do the trick.

Tone down the vituperation a bit, Buddy, and I will begin to find some credibility in your harangues. Others may too. Much of what you write is unchallengeable IMO but some may be that eyesight problem Pope diagnosed.

Best, Terry
